TRUE SPEED CAMP
Assistant Track and Field Coach Jeff Perkins and his collegiate
athletes are thrilled to be conducting two sessions of camp this
summer devoted to the overall development of sports speed! Whatever
your sport, speed is the foundation for athletic success. Develop
sports-specific speed to be used in soccer, basketball, football,
baseball, track and field, and more. Learn the techniques and
training methods used by world class athletes and coaches for the
overall development of speed and velocity! Coach Jeff Perkins is a
leading coach in speed development, currently coaching many world
class athletes, including Olympic medalists. A track meet will be
held on the last day of camp.
