The UC Irvine COLLEGE ID CAMP is designed to give the best possible experience for players aspiring to play at the college level. We are continuing to assemble an impressive staff of NCAA Division I coaches for you to work with and the camp fits into just two nights and three days at an affordable cost of just $395.00.

FIELD SESSIONS
There are 7 field sessions in 3 days which allows all players to work with each coach for a minimum of one session. The training sessions reflect the style of coaching you can expect in the college game and include functional training, tactical sessions and competitive 11v11 games.

COLLEGE PREP LECTURE SERIES
Get the tools you need to be successful in the recruiting process and be ready for collegiate soccer. All lectures are also open to parents and coaches at no extra cost.

- Lecture 3: "How to Prepare for Life as a Collegiate Athlete"

SCHEDULE
The camp runs from Tuesday to Thursday. Check-in is between 11:00am and 1:00pm on day one and check-out is at 4:00pm on day three.

LOCATION
The camp is held at UC Irvine, which is located at the heart of Orange County in Southern California. The campus is just 5 minutes from John Wayne Airport (SNA), 45 minutes south of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and 70 minutes north of San Diego Airport (SAN). We can help you arrange shuttles from any of these airports.

ATTEND AS A TEAM
If your whole team would like to attend we can make sure that you train and play together as a team throughout the camp.

FEES
The camp fee of just $395.00 covers full room and board, 7 field sessions and the College Prep. Lecture Series.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT CAMP

Week One: July 12 - July 16
Week Two: July 26 - July 30

This is a five day camp for field player and goalkeepers aged 11-15 looking for intensive individual skill development. The UC Irvine Women's Soccer coaching staff will train players in individual techniques that are necessary at the next level. You will increase the distance of your passing, develop new techniques for striking the ball, learn creative ways to win 1V1 battles and expand your range of finishing techniques.

STAFF
The coaching staff will be comprised of the NCAA DI UC Irvine Women's Soccer Coaching staff. For detailed bios on our coaches visit www.ucirvinesports.com.

LOCATION
Train at the beautiful UC Irvine campus on the same facilities used to train the UC Irvine Women's soccer team.

ATTEND AS A TEAM
If you would like to attend as a whole team we can make sure you train together as a group all week.

MONDAY - Individual touch and technique
TUESDAY - Range and distance of passing
WEDNESDAY - Creativity for 1v1s
THURSDAY - Finishing, finishing, and more finishing
FRIDAY - Competition day! "Soccer Olympics"

UCI Discount

To qualify for the UCI Discount, you must register two or more campers for the same session at the same time and pay the registration deposit. Applicants that are either dependents of current UCI faculty/staff or members of the UCI Alumni Association are eligible to receive the UCI Discount as well. A copy of the employee ID or UC Irvine Alumni Association card must be faxed to the camps office at (949) 824-9353. This discount is applicable only if the parent/guardian paying for the camp is a UC Irvine faculty/staff member or a member of the UC Irvine Alumni Association. If applying for the discount simply pay the deposit fee and fax over proof of faculty/staff ID or UCI Alumni Association membership. No discounts will be applied if the camps have been paid in full.

Refund Policy

Written request for a transfer, credit or cancellation must be submitted to the Camps Office via email. There is a $35 per camp session cancellation fee for all cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the first day of camp. If cancellation, for any reason including medical, is made within two weeks of the first day of camp, there is a $75 cancellation fee. No cancellation refunds will be processed after the start of camp. No refunds will be issued upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal from camp. All written requests may be sent to camps@uci.edu.

Health Care & Insurance

Each camper must provide their own insurance. Parents or guardians will be billed for any medical care given at the UCI Medical Center or at hospital facilities. Athletic trainers are on duty to administer First Aid for minor injuries or sickness. Camp medical staff is no responsible for administering prescribed medication.
