About This Camp
This program is designed to improve your overall athletic performance
by training several critical components of athleticism which are:
strength, speed, power flexibility, coordination, balance and stamina.
Our program is also structured to develop the muscular system to assist
in injury prevention as well as decreasing rehabilitation/recovery time.
While training as an Iron Eater, athletes will learn the fundamentals to strength & conditioning, proper lifting techniques including the Olympic lifts, speed development as well as discipline, sportsmanship, character building, mental toughness and what it means to compete. The Iron Eater Strength & Conditioning program offers top of the line training to young athletes in a safe, fun, professional and supervised environment. Training is offered year-round, in-season and off-season, to male and female athletes from ages 13-18 of all skill levels from beginners to elite.
