UC Irvine Thinks Pink This Weekend
Irvine, Calif. – October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and UC Irvine Athletics is proud to sponsor a weekend to increase awareness October 7-9.
Fans who wear pink to any home sporting event that weekend will receive free admission.
Join us in supporting those affected by breast cancer by wearing pink to any of the following games:
Friday, October 7
Women’s Volleyball vs. Cal Poly 7: 00 p.m. - Bren Events Center
Women’s Soccer vs. UC Santa Barbara 7: 00 p.m. - Anteater Stadium
Saturday, October 8
Women’s Volleyball vs. UC Santa Barbara 7:00 p.m. - Bren Events Center
Men’s Soccer vs. Cal State Northridge 7:00 p.m. - Anteater Stadium
Sunday, October 9
Men’s Water Polo vs. UCLA* 12:00 p.m. - Anteater Pool
Women’s Soccer vs. Cal Poly 1:00 p.m. - Anteater Stadium
*This game is not ticketed and is free for all, but fans are still encouraged to wear pink.
