Championship Results

ANNAPOLIS, Md. --- UC Irvine finished in fourth place at the 2007 Intercollegiate Sailing Association/Gill Coed National Championship that concluded Friday on the Severn River at the U.S. Naval Academy.

The College of Charleston won the 18-school competition with 225 points through a total of 36 races and Dartmouth finished second with 234 points. Yale and UCI tied for third place with 237 points each but Yale was awarded third on the basis of a tie-breaker.

The Anteaters' Frank Tybor, Emma Nilsson and Megan Pluth placed fourth in A Division with 126 points through 18 races.

UCI's William Pochereva, Whitney Loufek and Chris Trezzo finished third in Division B with 111 points, also after 18 races.
