Qingdao, China -- Former UC Irvine All-American sailor Nick Scandone and crew Maureen McKinnon-Tucker finished second in the lone race of the day in the SKUD-18 class at the Paralympics.

Great Britain won the race, but the top three overall places did not change as Scandone and McKinnon-Tucker retained the overall lead, five points ahead of the Australian team. The Canadian team is third and the British team moved into fourth.  

Only one race was completed due to light winds so officials have schedule three races instead of two for tomorrow.
