Anteaters Conclude Day One of UCLA Diving Invitational

PASADENA, Calif. - The UC Irvine men's and women's diving teams concluded day one of the UCLA Diving Invitational at the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center.
Junior Melanie Grosvenor (Mission Viejo HS) had UCI's top finish of the day as she took second in the three-meter board with 234.80 points, she also finished ninth in the one-meter board with 213.40 points.
Sophomore Miles Smith (Carmichael, Calif./Capital Christian HS) had UCI's top male finishes in both events as he took fifth in the one-meter (270.85) and sixth in the three-meter (242.35).
The meet featured UC Irvine and men's and women's divers from California, Stanford and UCLA.
