COLUMBUS, Ohio - Senior Chelsea Nagata and sophomore Lyndsay DePaul each swam in one event Thursday at the the NCAA Championships at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion.

Lyndsay DePaul finished 39th in the 500 free with a time of 4:47.98 to set a new UCI record.

Chelsea Nagata finished 40th in the 50 free with a time of 22.95 setting another UCI record.

The Anteaters return to action Friday as Chelsea Nagata will compete in both the 100 fly and 100 back and Lyndsay DePaul will swim in the 400 IM. Prelims begin at 9:00 PDT with finals starting at 5:00 p.m. PDT at McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion.
