Randall Tom Finishes 9th in 100 Fly at NCAA Championships

COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Senior Randall Tom (Wailuku, Hawaii/Seabury Hall) finished 9^th in the 100 fly at the NCAA Championships Friday night at the Student Rec Center Natatorium.

Tom swam a time of 45.64 in the ‘B’ final to finish in 9^th place in the 100 fly. His time is a UCI school record.

Tom earned nine points for UC Irvine with his performance. The Anteaters are currently in a tie for 29^th place with nine points.

Tom finished 22nd in the 200 fly prelims with a time of 1:44.15 Saturday.
