2009: Placed fourth in the hammer throw at 179-0 at the Big West Championships...Placed sixth at 178-7 to improve on his sixth-best mark in UCI history at the Asics/Steve Scott Invitational...Finished third in the hammer throw with a mark of 177-0 at the Pomona Pitzer Invitational which is No. seven on UCI's all-time list. He also placed sixth in the discus throw at 149-1 at the same event...Was fourth in the discus at 154-3 at the UCI Spring Break Invitational.
