Joins the UCI program from Novato High School....earned All-Marin County Athletic League second-team honors twice....was a qualifier for the North Coast Section and Meet of Champions....also earned NCA student-athlete awards....had top times of 12:20 (3,200 meters), 5:28 (1,600 meters), 2:26 (800 meters) and 62.0 (400 meters) for coaches George Bousquette and Steve Deschler....majoring in English....parents are Victoria Harvey and Sandy Carter.
