She was captain of her cross country and track teams as a senior at San Pedro High School...competed on L.A. City CIF championship cross country teams in 2004 and 2006...ran on Marine League championship cross country squads in 2004, 2005 and 2006...her team also was South Bay champion in 2006...a four-year scholar-athlete in high school...also competed in soccer...parents are Alyce and Barry Post.
