Lauren Chramosta Named Big West Athlete of Week

IRVINE, Calif. --- UC Irvine junior Lauren Chramosta (Crescenta Valley HS) has been named Big West Athlete of the Week in women's cross country following her performance last Saturday at the Triton Classic. Chramosta finished 13th of 109 runners with a time of 23:07.5 over the 6,000-meter course on the UC San Diego campus in La Jolla. The Anteaters finished fourth as a team. The UCI men's and women's teams compete this Saturday in the Chile Pepper Festival at Fayetteville, Ark.
