Men's Basketball:
2007-08: He led UCI for the second straight year in assists with 76....also topped the `Eaters with 56 threes...averaged 12.3 points in the four Big West Tournament games with a high of 17 in the quarterfinal win over Pacific (3/13/08)... tied his career high with 18 points in home win over Northridge (3/1/08)....had a career-high six steals in road loss to UC Riverside (2/20/08)....scored 16 points, hitting 4 of 6 threes, in win at Long Beach State (2/2/08)....scored 15 points in the loss at Pacific (1/19/08), hitting a career-high five three-pointers (in seven attempts)...scored in double figures 13 times, including 7 of the final 10 games. 2006-07: The true freshman point guard led the Anteaters with 73 assists and 32 steals for the season....ranked fifth in the Big West Conference in three-point field-goal percentage at .440....was named to the Big West All-Freshman Team and CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Freshman All-American team....averaged 6.8 points and started the season's last 17 games....had a career-high nine assists against Loyola Chicago (12/22/06)....posted a career-high three steals in the season finale against Long Beach State (3/9/07) in the Big West Tournament semifinals...scored 16 points in the Big West Tournament quarterfinal win over UC Santa Barbara (3/8/07).... scored a career-high 18 points in win over UC Davis (12/30/06), hitting 6 of 7 field goals....hit four free throws in the final 25 seconds to help UCI past UC Riverside (2/14/07)...hit a career-high three treys in five different games....scored 13 points in back-to-back games against UC Davis (2/22/07) and Long Beach State (3/1/07). 2005-06: Attended Maine Central Institute in Pittsfield, Maine. High School: Averaged 21 points, 5 assists and 3 rebounds as a senior at Smoky Hill High School in Aurora, Colo....top-scoring game was 41 points against Boulder High....averaged 23 points and 6 assists his junior season....was two-time Centennial League Player of the Year....also was first team all-league and second team all-state as a junior and senior for coach Ken Shaw....was named MVP of "The Show," a Denver Nuggets' state all-star game.
