Former Anteater Scott McGihon Defeats Tim Cha at California Amateur

Irvine, Calif. -- Former UC Irvine golfer Scott McGihon defeated current player Tim Cha, 1 up in the quarterfinals of the California Amateur held at the Lakeside Golf Club. McGihon, a 1991 graduate of UC Irvine, advanced to the semifinals where he lost to eventual champion Nick Delio 8 and 7. Follow the results on the SCGA website
