Two-time All-American in the 800 meters and has earned Big West Conference Track Athlete of the Year honors the past two seasons.

2011:  He was runner-up in the 800-meter final at the 2011 NCAA Track & Field Championships in Des Moines, Iowa, with a time of 1:44.75...earned a berth on the United States team for the 2011 IAAF World Championships at Daegu, South Korea, following his performance in the 800 meters at the USA Track & Field Championships in Eugene, Ore., where he finished third with a UCI and Big West record time of 1:44.67...won the Invitational Elite 800 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays April 16 with a time of 1:45.19...won the 800 meters for the third straight year at the Cal/Nevada Championships with a time of 1:47.18 in Claremont March 27 and was named Athlete of the Meet for the second consecutive year...won the 400 meters at the Asics/Steve Scott Invitational May 1 at Anteater Stadium with a time of 46.30, which is the fourth-fastest in school history.

2010:  Won the gold medal in the 800 meters at the North American, Central American and CaribbeanU-23 Track & Field Championship in Miramar, Fla...placed first with a time of 1:45.65 at the Ansin Sports Complex while competing for Team USA, setting the UCI record for the fifth time and eclipsing the NACAC meet record of 1:48.19 set by Canada's Achraf Tadili in 2002...named All-American by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association...broke three-time Olympian Steve Scott's school mark at Cal/Nevada Championship in March...UCI's first All-American in track and field since Mike Beerer in 2006, and the Anteaters on the track since Richard Graves in 1988...placed 5th in his NCAA semi-final heat in Eugene, Ore...named 2010 Big West Conference Athlete of the Year in men's track...anchored the winning 4x400 relay at the Big West Championships...won the 400 meter at Asics/Steve Scott Invitational with a time of 46.72, the fifth-fastest time in UCI history 

2009: Was apart of the 4x400 relay team that finished fourth in 3:09.37 at the NCAA Regional as the top three relay teams advance to the NCAA Championships...Finished second in the 800 meters with a time of 1:49.87 at the Big West Championships...At the same event he anchored UCI's winning 4x400 relay that won in 3:10.22 and earned an automatic berth in the NCAA West Regional...Ran the fastest 800 meters by a UCI runner in 21 years at the Asics/Steve Scott Invitational with a time of 1:48.73 that moves him to third all-time at the university. Also anchored the winning 4x400-meter relay in which his team placed first in 3:13.36 at the same event...Received a third-place finish of 47.90 in the 400 meters at the UCSD Triton Invitational...Finished eighth of 55 runners in the 800 meters, while recording a time of 1:50.06 at the Mt. Sac Relay's...Finished first in the 400 meters in 48.25 at the Big Wes Challenge Cup...Finished first at the Cal/ Nevada Championships in the 800 meters with a time of 1:51.87...Won the 800 in 1:49.18 for the fourth-best time in Anteater history and fastest since Rod Brower ran 1:48.65 in 1988 at the Spring Break Invitational hosted by UCI...Participated on the UCI's 4x800-meter relay that finished second in 7:35.30 at the Northridge Invitational...Placed eighth in the 400 meters in 48.93 at the Ben Brown Invitational.
