John Speraw Hits The Big Screen In Green Flash

Speraw has cameo in volleyball movie

Irvine, CA -- UC Irvine men’s volleyball head coach John Speraw hits the big screen with a cameo appearance in the movie Green Flash.

Speraw plays a television color commentator in a movie about a former college basketball player who rekindles his love for competition on the pro beach volleyball tour.

Speraw was joined by former Anteater Paul Spittle (2003-06) at the movie screening.
