IRVINE, Calif. --- James Frank scored four goals Saturday night to lead UC Irvine over California Baptist, 14-8, in a non-conference game at Anteater Pool.

Kyle Kruip added three goals with Brandon Johnson and Trent Baxter scoring two each as the ninth-ranked Anteaters ran their win streak to six, improving to 12-5 on the season. UCI defeated UC Santa Barbara, 10-8, earlier Saturday.

Jeff Woolstenhulme led California Baptist (15-4) with three goals and Norbert Karoly added two.

UCI led 9-3 at halftime and extended that lead to 12-3 following three quarters. Woolstenhulme scored a pair of goals in the fourth quarter as the Lancers pulled to within 12-6 on three consecutive scores to open the period but the teams traded goals after that.

UCI hosts UC San Diego Friday night at 7:00 in a non-conference game and face UCLA Saturday evening in an MPSF game, also at 7:00, at Anteater Pool.
