UC Irvine Moves Up To 13th Place At Northrop Grumann Regional Challenge

Follow the tournament at golfstat.com Palos Verdes, Calif. -- The UC Irvine women's golf team moved up to 13th place after the second round of the Northrop Grumann Regional Challenge at the Palos Verdes Country Club Tuesday. The Anteaters improved 10 shots Tuesday with a score of 303 moving into 13th place with a 36-hole total of 616 (313-303) USC leads the field at 580 (284-296) Senior Henna Cho fired an even par 71 to lead UCI and move into 32nd place with a score of 152 (81-71). Sophomore Joy Trotter (80-75) and junior Hillary Packard (75-80) are tied for 45th at 155, while sophomore Lalita Patipaksiri has a two-day total of 156 (79-77) and is 52nd. Freshman Michelle Park is 65th with a score of 159 (79-80). The tournament concludes with 18 holes Wednesday.
