UC Irvine Sits In Fifth At Juli Inkster Spartan Invitational

Complete Results on golfstat.com San Jose, Calif. -- UC Irvine sits in fifth place after the first two rounds of the Juli Inkster Spartan Invitational at the Almaden Country Club Monday. The Anteaters shot a 36-hole total of 608 (299-309) on a day that ended in rain and hail. Host San Jose State leads the 16-team field with a score of 595 (295-300). UC Davis is second (601), California is third (602) and Fresno State is fourth (604). Sophomore Lalita Patipaksiri (75-75) and junior Hillary Packard (76-74) are tied for 13th with a two round total of 150. Sophomore Joy Trotter is 17th with a score of 152 (75-77), while senior Henna Cho is 56th totaling a 159 (73-86) and freshman Michelle Park is 83rd at 170 (87-83). The Tournament concludes with 18 holes tomorrow.
