Jane Chin Wins the L.A. City Women's Championship

Los Angeles, Calif. -- UC Irvine women's golfer Jane Chin won the L.A. City Women's Championship at the Rancho Park Golf Club last weekend.

Chin, who will be a senior at UCI, shot two rounds of 2-under-par 71 to finish seven shots ahead of Sharon Park and Sarah Fogerty for medalist honors.

Next, Chin will join teammates Selaneé Henderson and Patty Chawalitmetha at the U.S. Amateur Aug. 6-12 at Crooked Stick Golf Club in Carmel, Ind.
