IRVINE, Calif. – Four Anteaters have been honored by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) as members of the 2008-09 Women's All-Academic Team.

The four players to be honored are senior Sarah Frost (Santa Barbara HS), senior Janée Walsh (Redlands/Universidad de Córdoba), sophomore Cortney Collyer (Santa Barbara HS) and sophomore Lauren Davis (Downey HS).

This is the fourth time that Frost has earned the honor in her career. This is Collyer’s second time winning the award and it is the first time Walsh and Davis have earned the honor.   

To be honored a student-athlete needed to be an active participant receiving significant playing time with a GPA greater than 3.20.
