HOURS
Summer Hours (June 18 - September 16): Monday - Friday: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Regular Office Hours: Monday - Friday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. 
Ticket Office is closed for any UCI observed holidays, unless otherwise noted.


LOCATION
The Bren Ticket Office is located at the intersection of Mesa Road and West Peltason Drive, outside the East Entrance of the Bren Events Center.  Fifteen minute courtesy parking is available on non-event days in the Bren Events Center turnaround for patrons making ticket purchases or ticket pick-ups.


GENERAL INFORMATION
Ticket purchases can be made online, over the phone, or in person at the Ticket Office.  Athletics game day purchases begin one hour prior to scheduled start times at the specified venue.  Men’s Basketball and Baseball sales commence 1.5 hours prior to game time.


PAYMENT METHODS
The Ticket Office accepts the following forms of payment at the Ticket Office: cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.  Anteater Stadium and Anteater Aquatics Complex are cash only venues.


TICKET DELIVERY METHODS
(Select delivery methods are subject to additional charge)

Print at Home: Available for select events, print at home allows patrons to print their tickets on their personal printers.  Simply bring your ticket to the entrance gate on game day, avoiding ticket office and will call lines.
Will Call: Tickets will be securely kept at the ticket office and are available for pick up during regular business hours or at the venue on event day.  A government issued ID is required to pick up tickets.  Tickets will be released only to purchaser.
US Mail: Tickets purchased at least 10 business days in advance are eligible to be sent via standard mail.
FedEx: Patrons wishing to have their tickets sent via FedEx can do so up to 3 business days prior to the event date.


REFUND POLICY
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted once your order is complete.


PARKING INFORMATION
Daily parking permits are required at all times on the campus of UC Irvine.  Permits are $10 a day and can be purchased from parking attendants on site or kiosks in the parking structures.

We recommend that fans park in the Mesa Parking Structure, located on Mesa Drive, for all athletic events.  Parking in Lot 6 and 6A is by special permit only.
